Answers:
Why was my address not found? Addresses in the Lethbridge Interactive WebMAP are based on properties of land. Therefore addresses for apartments, suites, bays, etc., may not be included in the list of searchable addresses. To find the address you are looking for, try simplifying the address search by excluding the suite number. If the address is still not found try the Street search and use the identify button to point-and-click on the property you are looking for.
When I perform an address or roll number search the map display redraws without zooming to the location. Why? You will exprience this behaviour if you have pop-up blocking enabled. The Lethbridge Interactive WebMAP makes extensive use of pop-up windows, therefore you must set this site (http://gis.lethbridge.ca) as an allowed site in your browsers pop-up setting for it to function properly.
How do I print a map? To print a map use the Print icon located on the bottom toolbar. This will create a map of the area you have on screen in a new browser window. Use the Print option of your browser to send the map to your local printer. The map is designed for an 8.5 x 11 in. page size.
